Overview

A curated, closed-door virtual roundtable for a small group of Technology Leaders navigating the evolving role of AI within the Enterprise Applications landscape. The focus centers around how AI is influencing Biz Ops strategy, internal tooling, and organizational design.

Format

This roundtable is designed for candid, forward-looking conversation, shared learnings, and peer-to-peer insights.

Our discussion will be lightly moderated to provide structure and guide the flow of discussion while maintaining an organic dialogue amongst experienced Leaders - this not a webinar or panel event and there will be no presentations.

In advance of Session 1, we will circulate a Pre-Session Brief to each attendee, requiring 5-10 minutes of your time to better understand how your org is approaching AI planning & adoption today and the core topics you want covered during the discussion.

Objectives

Benchmark Current State: Understand how peers are approaching AI today - planning, adoption, implications on org structure, new tools evaluation etc.
Pressure-Test Ideas: Discuss real-world use cases in the ideation or production stage, roadblocks to adoption, and frameworks for integrating AI into Biz Apps infrastructure.
Surface Shared Questions: Surface questions and concerns keeping Leaders up at night -where to start, governance, organizational readiness, adapting to the rate of change in AI etc.
Build Trusted Connections: Bring together a community of CIOs and Tech Leaders thinking deeply about the same problems in complementary, non-competitive markets.

Confirmed attendees will receive a request for preferred dates as we try to accommodate all schedules. If you're unable to to participate during the confirmed time, we will substitute an alternate Leader and reserve a spot for you in the next roundtable.
