The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for analyzing the business needs for Salesforce and its integrations to support product improvements and innovations, including software development efforts. The BSA will work with business departments, stakeholders, and technical product owners for SFDC to learn, analyze, and document current business processes and application functionality as well as elicit and document new requirements and system flows. The BSA is responsible for writing business system requirements and translating them into appropriate technical specifications to be used by the technology teams in new development and testing, in accordance with Salesforce best practices. A proficient BSA will learn and understand the business and advise the business on how to best leverage the capabilities inherent in Salesforce.

The successful BSA will be responsible for these activities related to Truckstop's Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Solution. Experience with Zuora's CPQ product or other CPQ experience is highly desirable but not required.
