Terminus is searching for an advanced Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Atlanta or Indianapolis! You will use your expertise in the Salesforce platform to create solutions for Terminus most important strategic initiatives as we continue to grow and scale. We’re looking for a candidate who has deep experience with integrations, flows, and other best practices. You will be part of a fast growing organization and exposed to new and exciting challenges every day!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 200+ users
  • Create and manage scalable workflows, automations, and processes in the system while maintaining data integrity and increasing end user efficiency
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, territory management, integration management, roles and permissions, and custom objects / data solutions.
  • Based on stakeholder needs, architect solutions which help teams achieve increased efficiency and sharper insights into our business.
  • Keep the user experience at the forefront of the Salesforce system design, delighting our go-to-market teams by anticipating their needs in the UI.
  • Collaborate with our revenue operations managers to gather requirements and create scalable solutions for our internal customers.
  • Manage the relationship with any Salesforce agency contacts as needed for development support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Business are preferred)
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least FIVE (5) years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)
