Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a candidate who will jump in and make a significant impact by meeting with teams and stakeholders to understand how they're using Salesforce, deliver Salesforce training by role, and build a Salesforce user experience roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc. 
  • Responsible for training new employees on Salesforce during onboarding
  • Use strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines
  • Evaluate, select, implement and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our stakeholders
  • Support ETL integrations with connected databases and Heroku
  • Leverage Salesforce functionality such as Data Loader and Process Builder, as appropriate to optimize processes in the system 
  • Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other supported integrated platforms; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner 
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity through reinforcement of sales processes, data improvement projects, and ongoing data clean up 
  • Work directly with Sundae’s Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams & business stakeholders to understand requirements, define and optimize processes, and help drive process improvements to meet business operational needs in Salesforce and other integrated tools 
  • Contribute to drive adoption by improving the user experience through standardization, documentation, training and ongoing improvement initiatives 
  • Create and update process, policy and training documentation

Qualifications/Skills

  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator preferred 
  • Self-motivated Salesforce Enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS in relevant field 
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce from a systems and business perspective 
  • Deep understanding of Apex, Visiualforce and LWC capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD 
  • Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams 
  • Proven track record retrieving and analyzing data 
  • Must be extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and able to be effective in an ambiguous environment 
  • Experience with Jira is a plus but not required
