Powerflex is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer/engineer to work on Salesforce.com development, support, enhancement & integrations. Strongly prefer an experienced Salesforce integration developer who has the expertise in integration of cloud and on-prem systems for ERPs, HCM, Procore, Slack, GSuite, Teams/O365 with Salesforce. This person will need to demonstrate an understanding of API framework and how to integrate 3rd party tools into Salesforce along and will be responsible for working on full lifecycle development efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted design patterns and practices. You will work with other technical leads, internal teams, and vendor experts to enable integration between the company's technologies and solutions. Candidates will be working collaboratively with client and project teams as well as working from proposal development to deployment and support.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities - Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications. - Implement customer-based solutions and develop products using Apex and Visual Force. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products - Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality - Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation - Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions - Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new Salesforce releases. - Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups. - Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis. - Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures - Strong communication, negotiation, and consensus-building soft-skills. - You have a deep interest in learning and mastering concepts in commercial renewable electrical systems, EV charging, and associated networks. - You respectfully challenge your peers, and welcome the opportunity when others challenge you. - You are flexible, resilient, and curious.
