The Sales Data Analyst role is responsible for ensuring effective activity measures of sales and partner performance activity for the solar and home improvement business lines through CRM enablement, process improvement, training, leveraging existing sales tools, and identifying new reporting solutions and data presentation
Sales Enablement through Data - Partner with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure optimized Sales team utilization of Salesforce and a feedback loop with Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst - Improve KPI governance, reporting strategies, standardized dashboards, and coherent business measures across lines of business and teams - Educate the Sales organization on the best uses of existing and new processes (and provide Sales management with the tools to enforce) - Develop new and optimize existing Sales activities, reporting, and dashboards - Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent, especially in relation to the Salesforce and systems that enable efficient sales and cross-functional collaboration - Optimize and maintain reporting and dashboards in Salesforce to be used by sales and sales leadership - Monitor newly created processes, collecting feedback from sales management and other departments as needed, while proposing solutions to identified issues Sales CRM Management - Support Salesforce Sales functions, integrations and systems - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing tools and partner with Sr. Salesforce Analyst in - Drive the development and adoption of tools and enhancements in Salesforce and associated systems to expand, optimize sales activities and accelerate growth Execution & Implementation Management - Partner with Enterprise Applications, Sales, and Business Development to ensure data systems support tracking and management of activities consistent with Plan and OKR attainment - Define, implement, track, and modify sales SLAs from the top of the sales funnel to the bottom - Manage and execute cross-functional projects with sales, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and BD teams to improve the partner experience and drive towards targets Strategy - Partner with sales leadership to create and maintain commission models - Manage the delivery of commission to the sales team on a monthly and quarterly basis - Collaborate with Business Intelligence Analyst to build reporting, using insights to create and deliver presentations to leadership - Support the shaping and implementation of strategic partnerships with stakeholders in BD, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
