Sr. Salesforce Administrator

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for optimizing and setting best practices for Matterport’s Salesforce instance, and integrations, to increase the effectiveness of all customer-facing departments. Activities will include, but not be limited to, de-duplicating existing datasets; data validation, augmentation, and segmentation; and compiling new reports and dashboards for various departments. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to limit the amount of manual work through automation.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop Salesforce-based applications and enhancements
  • Review and understand business requirements and create functional prototypes to address them
  • Follow established Salesforce standards and best practices
  • Assist in troubleshooting difficult technical issues
  • Maintain existing applications with an eye to continuous automation and improvement
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases
  • Work in an agile manner; be flexible to changing priorities
  • Maintain and update manual procedures supporting Salesforce and related systems

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator; Salesforce Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of the SFDC data model and how and when to create custom objects
  • Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, change management, and release management
  • Must be able to deliver high quality work across multiple projects consistently on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for all levels of the organization required
  • Strong understanding and experience creating/troubleshooting complex workflows, process builder criteria, and validation rules
  • Experience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Xactly strongly preferred
