The Director Revenue Cycle Operations & Technology will work within the telehealth team and will partner with multiple intercompany teams to ensure effective technology and process development to support utilization of health insurance by hims & hers customers. This individual will also lead efforts to ensure effective technology and processes for proper filing, management, and reconciliation of claims payments from health insurance companies. The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations and Technology will be an individual contributor initially, but will likely need to build a team, so leadership and team building experience is a must. The ideal candidate must have healthcare experience, but should also be able to think outside the box and have a strong desire to find solutions that work better than the healthcare system’s status quo.
