Salesforce Dev/Architect

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Systems Architect and Developer to join the Revenue Operations team at Heap! This key position will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Strategy. We partner as #oneteam with various go-to-market functions (sales, marketing and customer success) to deliver impact, focus, alignment and data-driven decision-making.  This role underpins our success by managing the systems foundation and integration across our technology landscape, with Salesforce at the core!

What You’ll Do

  • Own Salesforce.com development, administration, and infrastructure management to support day-to-day operations for go-to-market organizations
  • Lead Salesforce.com UX improvements to drive increased adoption and utilization by key business stakeholders
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders on CPQ management
  • Scalably track adoption and utilization across GTM systems landscape of applications to drive value derivation and minimize shelfware
  • Identify, develop and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and go-to-market systems applications to drive automation and streamlined workflow execution
  • Develop system governance and design that adapts to speed of a high-growth business
  • Lead SDLC (requirements gathering, scoping, design, develop, review, test, deploy) for core system changes to Salesforce.com and related system integration changes
  • Act as thought partner to VP of RevOps to align core go-to-market systems to support scalable operational processes and reporting
  • Build and manage JIRA intake process for systems requests from different teams

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience with emphasis on Sales and Service cloud
  • You are a savvy Salesforce developer with intermediate to advanced APEX/VF skills
  • You are a process-oriented systems-thinker who acts with dependencies front of mind and prioritizes based on impact and strategic priority
  • You excel at project management, can create simplicity from complexity, and drive results at the intersection point of business and technology.
  • You partner cross-functionally to gain buy-in to systems designs that will help solve business challenges
  • You are admin and developer Salesforce certified
