The Salesforce Amin will play a critical role in the maintenance of Copado’s business operations platform; the ideal candidate will bring Salesforce expertise and support the business growth. The Salesforce Admin is part of the Copado APO team. This team is responsible for innovating, maintaining and building a scalable and intuitive experience for internal users on the Salesforce platform.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. - Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, flows, process builder, triggers etc. - Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data. - Maintaining Sales Cloud and service cloud - Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. - Supporting various AppExchange solutions like Conga Composer, Conga sign, Gong etc. - Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. - Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill - Hands on configuration of the Salesforce platform - Ability to understand issues and dive into code if needed - Confident, innovative thinking, and a strong sense of initiative - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly process complex information - Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
- 4+ years Salesforce admin experience - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous. - Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. - Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds and its applications (Essential) - Salesforce accreditations (Essential) - CPQ demonstrable experience, preferably working within SaaS a product environment - Demonstrable track record of operating effectively in dynamic, fast paced, challenging and delivery focused project/program environments containing blended teams (e.g. permanent, contract, vendor, SI, Business / IT / Operational teams, offshore) - Strong decision making and analytical skills - Strong problem solving and proven negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues at all levels of management - Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of relationship management
