  • Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC standard methodologies and guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Support cross-system and related integrations across the native Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation technologies (e.g., ExactTarget, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua) desired.
  • Salesforce Lightning Components understanding and usage experience.
  • Experience working with technical and business partners from cross-functional teams.

Personal Characteristics

  • You are in love with change and enjoy being in a high-growth environment that is rapidly scaling.
  • You are technically curious and bring that curiosity to everything you do.

  • You are a person who always finds ways to help others on the team to learn, develop, and continually improve and a collaborator who considers and builds upon the perspectives contributed by others.
  • You’re an analytical thinker; someone who thrives in the use of data to drive decisions AND you know data is not the end-all and be-all.
  • An excellent, clear, and effective communicator in both conversation and written word, deeply empathetic toward your customer, and able to explain complex technical solutions to your non-technical partners and team members.
