Blend is looking for a strong Salesforce CPQ Administrator who has experience on both Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. This role will partner with cross-functional business teams such as Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Finance teams, and deliver solutions that will help scale CPQ processes at Blend. The ideal candidate for this role will have a blend of technical and business experience with strong expertise in the Salesforce and CPQ platforms. Organizational responsibilities include business systems analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of Salesforce.

How you'll contribute:

  • Effectively leverage CPQ-Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities to meet stakeholder requirements. Work with the larger Salesforce team to design and deliver solutions for those requirements that are consistent with larger CPQ and Salesforce best practices and strategic direction
  • Keep up to date with CPQ-Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
  • Create and update documentation, communications on new functionalities, tools, and training that will assist users in accessing and using the CPQ system
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on CPQ and supporting processes
  • Serve as primary implementer and administrator for the CPQ environment
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce CPQ skill set across the organization
  • Work independently with the users to define and document CPQ development requirements
  • Manage the setup and data elements of foundational structures in Sales Cloud and CPQ

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ applications, including Price Rules, Product Rules, Product Hierarchy, Guided Selling, Product Bundling, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates and Terms, and Advanced Approval Rules with the ability to design for complex business use cases
  • Advanced declarative experience including comfort with flows. You should have a strong view of which tool (workflow rules, process builders, flows, apex) is best for any given job and why
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening
  • Intellectual curiosity and excitement around problem-solving
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks
  • Track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Strong analytical ability and written/verbal communication skills
